Jaclyn has worked in healthcare for over 20 years as an RN, with clinical experience spanning both inpatient and outpatient settings. Over the last 15+ years, she has focused on healthcare quality, working in various settings including community hospitals, complex health systems and consulting. In all of her roles, she has seen firsthand the challenges of a workforce where standardized competencies are not the norm. As a member of the NAHQ team, Jaclyn will work to advance the competencies within the healthcare quality profession and ultimately creating a positive impact on patient care delivery at a national level.
