What membership options are available?

NAHQ offers Standard, Premium, CPHQ, Student, Lifetime, and Emeritus membership options. Each membership is designed to support different levels of professional engagement and development.

Will my membership be disrupted during the transition?

No. Your membership access continues without interruption. If you were an individual member prior to launch, you have automatically been enrolled in the Standard membership package and now have access to those benefits within NAHQ-U. We encourage you to log in and explore your updated member experience

What is included in the Standard membership?

Standard membership includes monthly Learning Labs and webinars, access to on demand courses including Concepts, Principles, and Ethics, a digital subscription to the Journal of Healthcare Quality, access to the Career Center, volunteer opportunities, and discounts on select NAHQ products

What is included in the Premium membership?

Premium membership includes all Standard benefits, plus deeper discounts on select NAHQ products, a full NAHQ next conference registration, access to the Resource Library, and early access to select research and thought leadership

What is included in the CPHQ membership package?

The CPHQ membership package includes all Standard benefits, plus the full cost of CPHQ recertification for a twoyear period.  

Does NAHQ offer a Student membership?

Yes. NAHQ offers a Student membership at a reduced rate for individuals preparing to enter the healthcare quality field.

How do I know which membership package is right for me?

Your ideal package depends on your professional goals. Standard supports core learning and ongoing professional development. Premium is designed for deeper engagement, expanded resources, and significant savings on events and products. CPHQ membership supports certified professionals maintaining their credential.

Will my price change immediately?

No. Current members will not see pricing changes until their next renewal.

What happens at my renewal?

At renewal, you will select the membership package that best aligns with your professional goals and renew at the applicable rate.

Can I upgrade my membership package mid cycle?

Yes. Members may upgrade to a higher package at any time. Upgrades cannot be completed online and must be processed by NAHQ Customer Support. Please contact NAHQ Customer Service at info@nahq.org or call us at (847) 375-4720. The team is available Monday-Friday from 8 AM-4:30 PM CT.

Can I downgrade my membership package mid cycle?

Downgrades are not permitted mid cycle. Members may select a lower membership package at the time of renewal.

My organization pays for my membership. What changes for me?

Your access and benefits continue without interruption. At renewal, your organization may select or confirm the appropriate membership package.

How do I access my membership benefits in NAHQ-U?

After logging into NAHQ-U, your eligible benefits will appear under Catalog, My Courses, or within your account sections depending on the benefit. Some benefits may require activation.
