Who can access NAHQ-U?
.NAHQ-U is available to NAHQ members and individuals who purchase eligible courses or programs. Access to specific learning resources depends on your membership package or purchase.
Do I use the same login credentials?
Yes. You will continue to log in using your NAHQ account credentials.
How do I find courses in NAHQ-U?
To browse available learning, select Catalog from the left hand navigation menu. You can explore courses, certificates, and other learning resources available to you.
Where can I see the courses I am enrolled in?
Select My Courses from the left hand navigation menu to view your active and completed course enrollments.
What happens if I was in the middle of a course prior to NAHQ-U launch?
In progress courses will need to be restarted in NAHQ-U. All courses available to you based on your membership or purchase will appear under Catalog or My Courses.
Will I have to repay for courses I already purchased prior to NAHQ-U launch?
No. If you previously purchased a course or program, your access will continue in NAHQ-U according to your purchase or membership terms.
Does the transition to NAHQ-U affect my certification status?
No. The launch of NAHQ-U does not affect your certification status or recertification eligibility.
